Last few days!

So, the last few days I haven't written a blog because I figured I could just combine events things all at one.
Yesterday was a crazy, crazy day. At school we had our prosthetic photo shoot. Everyone did amazing.

That was my model. If you read my previous blogs you'll know I'm doing Voldemort from Harry Potter. If not, well now you do. It was an awesome but an exhausting day.

Anyway, got home and got a email from a photographer looking for me to makeup for a photo shoot he wants to do. I'm very excited about that ! Also, more good news my way I applied for a sales job at a marketing company and I have an interview Friday ! Go ME!

Well, its time to take the dye out of my hair.. it's giving me a migraine.

I am going to add more pictures of my school events...

The first thing we did in class was make a set of acrylic fangs .. I love them 

These are the dentures we had to make, some girls chose to do double fangs... I went ahead and made gross

hillbilly teeth. I love them as well (: 

                                                     

So in order to recieve our diploma we had to make a prosthetic.. I chose Voldemort for you non-Harry Potter fans.. that is the evil dude trying to kill Harry..ps. READ THE BOOKS! This is process 1 out of a billion, but I only have 3 steps. My photoshoot is on tuesday. Wish me luck (:

this bad boy and then we shoot Tuesday (:

You are probably wondering what the heck that is..
well as I stated below I am in the prosthetic/SPFX portion of my class now..
& my teacher Matt was showing us a demo on a bladder ..
(no, not the thing that stores your urine)
It's two pieces of latex separated by a garbage bag.
and you cant see in the picture,
but below ill post another one where a long tube is attached
and from there you are able to attach a syringe filled with blooood..its fake, relax.

As seen here, you can see the tube, and you can see it poking through the fake wound made out of gelatin

Hey Everyone !

Alright, so.
This is my first day on a official blog website.
I've used Myspace, I am currently on Facebook.. But, as for a blog website this will be the first.

So introductions are needed;
My name is Jess. I'm 19 years old and I live in the great city of Toronto, Ontario. Originally from Niagara Falls, Ontario. Not such a great city. HAH I'm kidding.. It's just a nutshell if you don't get out you never will ! I love the friends I've made there growing up and all the great memories I'll cherish forever. It really is nice though coming home and being able to sleep through the night without several firetrucks running through the city.
AHH okay right now I will tell you, I ramble TOO much. I wish that little "microsoft paperclip" could tell me to STOP! but its not, so I guess I have to be able to stop myself.

The reason I decided to start a blog is.. I want people to know more about me, and who I am and what my life is like day-to-day. I recently just received my diploma from a makeup artistry school. (SoMA) or School of Makeup Art from the beauty & fashion portion I am working for my prosthetic and SPFX but I dont graduate from that until mid march. YAY! Then the "real world" starts. I wanted people other than Facebook friends to see my work and see what I am up to, well because most of them already know.

So my blog *for now* will be very random, when school work is pretty slow I'll probably just be blogging about random events taking place in my life.

Well, I hope you enjoy my life as much as I hope you do.
